What fun watching the cable news networks cover this yesterday.

Right-wing Fox offered its standard wide-eyed cartoonish support, absolutely convinced that this bizarre move has somehow catapulted Palin to the 2012 GOP nomination.
.
Left-wing MSNBC, as usual, did nothing to hide its hatred of the woman, lining up its "objective journalists" (wink wink) to take a few gleeful swings at her.
.
I guess I'm laughing to keep from crying at the state of American journalism.
.

All in all, this is probably good for the GOP. Palin can now galvanize the far right and let someone with more, um, gravitas run for President. She's tough to watch.
